• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Coordinate between warehouse and purchasing on material shortages 
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
• Keep paperwork organized
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• This position anticipates on-site work with regular hours, Monday-Friday. 

WORK LOCATION AND TRAVEL:

• Primary work location will be the CIS Secure headquarters manufacturing facility located in Ashburn, VA. Minimal local travel is anticipated for this position.

CLEARANCE:

• None required.
• Must meet the definition of a US person as defined by the US regulations:
  • US Citizen
  • US Permanent Resident (i.e. "Green Card" holder)
  • US granted status as a "Protected Person"

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, or related field is preferred.

CERTIFICATION(S):

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) accreditation or other relevant certification, desired.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Eight (8) or more years’ experience working in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Five (5) or more years’ management experience to include leading and motivating an engineering workforce.
• Proven experience as production planner or ability to quickly learn appropriate skills necessary to be affective in the role.
• Knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Experience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning).
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
