The Director of Manufacturing will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating production and operational activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate staff or managers/supervisors:

Fifteen (15) years related experience working in or managing complex manufacturing operations, ideally in electronics or electromechanical assembly.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, meet aggressive production schedules, and drive accountability at all levels.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds assisted and unassisted. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary for the advertised job, promotion, or transfer opportunity. The actual salary offered may vary based on various factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, education, geographic location, as well as internal equity, and alignment to market data.

Pay Range: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
