CIS designs and manufactures a wide range of products, which include secure telephones (under the TSG protocol), secure computers, encrypted tactical communication systems, secure tele- and video-conferencing systems, and a variety of specialty systems used in secure networks.

CLEARANCE:
Fifteen (15) years related experience including a minimum of eight years of experience that must be in a Quality Assurance senior management role.
Experience working with ISO-9001:2015 processes and procedures, in a Manufacturing environment.
Aerospace MIL-STD experience.
AS9100 certification experience, ability to develop and maintain the program.
Experience with assembly and manufacturing of electronic assemblies, cables, printed circuit boards, sheet metal fabrication, machined parts and testing of such equipment.
IPC 610, IPC 620 and J-STD-001 standards knowledge.
Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills with all levels in the organization, including strong presentation skills
Excellent influencing, conflict management, and team building skills
Demonstrated leadership skills; builds commitment and overcomes resistance; prepares and supports those affected by change; monitors transition and evaluates results
Excellent planning, problem solving and organizational skill.

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary for the advertised job, promotion, or transfer opportunity. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. The actual salary offered may vary based on various factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, education, geographic location, as well as internal equity, and alignment to market data.
Job Type: Full-time (hybrid)
Pay Range: $160,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
