CIS Secure is seeking a Production Manager who will report directly to the Director of Production. This position provides the right individual with an opportunity to directly impact the success of the business and of your colleagues each and every day, while thriving in a solutions first, team focused culture! This person will manage production employees focused on delivering products that meet our quality requirements and delivery schedule. Lead the efforts to drive production / manufacturing improvements / continuous improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, Test, Procurement, etc.) to ensure manufacturing has the capacity to meet the production plan, documentation, and parts to meet the schedule. Communicating frequently with internal stake holders regarding production status, pending action items, recent developments, and production needs. Support and enforce continuous improvement and sustaining activities in Production. (including 5S, Time Studies to help reduce waste, improve throughput, resolve assembly and parts issues, etc.). This role is a hands-on role and will be expected to lead by example and become directly involved in the production process when and where needed.

Must meet the definition of a US person as defined by the US regulations:
Five (5) or more years managing production with at least three (3) years of manufacturing planning experience
Demonstrated minimum five (5) years’ work experience managing people and managing production of multiple products which are complex and require testing
Strong Lean manufacturing experience; very detailed oriented; multi-task well; very versatile and quick to understand new challenges and bring them to completion with minimal support and guidance
Familiarity with Stage Gate methodologies
Strong supervisory skills; ability to teach / coach employees
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and to reprioritize work focus on a regular basis.

Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
